05/26/2011: Okay, this wellness treatment stuff is taking off like crazy!! I would have done this years ago had I known it was such an easy sell. Yesterday I had one person add on the Infrared during their facial ($69 extra dollars!) and one person decide to do a foot detox after their facial ($55 extra dollars!). A client that came in yesterday for her facial had already added on the Infrared treatment when we spoke on the phone to book her appointment. She loved it and rebooked in three weeks!!! These treatments are so easy to do, it's easy money you guys. Especially the Infrared Blanket. It doesn't take but a few extra minutes to get them set up in the blanket before you start their facial. Actually, doing their facial while in the blanket keeps their mind off of how hot and sweaty they're getting. They like that! The foot detox is easy to set up and then you just leave them there for 30 to 45 minutes. It's a bit stinky though throwing out the water when their finished! This is the time of year to bring in a lot of extra money with these treatments!
I found this quality blanket for a really great price. Call me for details. I'd love for you to purchase the foot bath from me but you can purchase them for really inexpensive online. I've already found the one that I bought supposedly for wholesale for less than what I paid. Kind of frustrating!
6/04/2011: I purchased a less expensive blanket and it arrived yesterday. I wanted to test that all blankets are not created equal. This one is not too bad for the money but it's definitely not as high tech looking as the original one I purchased. It is wider, which is great for larger clients. I took it home last night to use and what I noticed is that it didn't get quite as hot as my first blanket. There seemed to be a lot of heat coming out of the blanket (not as insulated). Because of this it took a bit longer for me to start sweating. So the bottom line is, if you want a blanket but need to go "budget" to start with, this one is okay, but my first blanket is my preference!
July 2011: The cheaper blanket melted inside already!!! I contacted the company and sent them a pic, it's been way over a week and they haven't gotten back to me. Not good. You get what you pay for!
