Why Should I Purchase from You Shelley I Can Get it Cheaper Elsewhere?
I spend way too much of my time explaining the answer to that question. I get emails and phone calls about this almost daily. My time is much better spent working with those Estys that really want to take their business to the next level than explaining about knock offs and customer service!
There are two very important factors here:
1. What I offer is incredible support. You don't purchase from me and then off you go and you're on your own. I had that happen way to often in my years of getting my spa business up and running. I wanted to offer something different...real support. I am here to talk to (I pick the phone up as early as 7am!), to run ideas past, to help you when you just don't know which way to turn. I spend hours on the phone everyday helping the Estys that purchase from me.
I understand that if a piece of equipment goes down, business comes to a halt and we loose money. So, if you call me and tell me something is wrong with a piece that you've purchased from me...I'll send you a new one right away, even before you send your unit back. I can't imagine that those other websites on the internet are doing this! I have received many pieces of equipment back and there was nothing wrong with them. It was user error. But I'm here for support and if you tell me it doesn't work....I'm trusting you!
2. There are knock offs of every single piece of equipment. Even my fabulous Radiancy FSD has a knock off for only $750. I have a connection with an advanced esthetic school in Canada. The owner purchased the knock off FSD and opened it up....yep, the insides are not the same! Overseas companies know how to make the molds for the outside, but they do not know how to duplicate the inner workings. That's not to say that every company from overseas is making knock offs...just beware and do your homework.
I get quite a few emails every week asking me for how to use a piece of equipment that's been purchased elsewhere (it didn't come with instructions or they're in a foreign language) or asking me to help because the equipment they received doesn't work. I am no longer going to respond to those emails....I'm sorry, but I want to spend my time helping the Estys that really want the help and aren't just looking for the cheapest deal.
I am confident in the support I offer. I truly enjoy chatting with ya'll and helping you in any way I can. I am humbled by the emails I receive each week letting me know that I've made a difference. I also receive phone calls and emails telling me that some group or person on social media is speaking poorly of me or another small business owner in the industry. I so appreciate that you're looking out for me, but please don't contact me about that. I really don't want to hear all that negative stuff. I can lay my head on my pillow at night knowing that I have been of service to those that want and need my help. Those comments made by others are of no concern to me. They are not people that I want in my world.
