After having Skin Script here at the Center teaching a product knowledge class, I had a promotion inspiration! I sent an email out to my skincare clients and within 24 hours had booked 6 appointments which brought in 6 new clients!!! Here's the actual email I sent:
Hi Everyone,
It's getting close to that time of year again....the holidays! I've got something to help you get prepped. I'm calling it "Peel and Primp for the Holidays". It's a party for two...you and a friend!
We'll schedule an appointment for you and a friend to come in for a pumpkin/orange enzyme peel treatment for only $60 for the both of you!!! She/he must be a new client to me and you need to come in together. Get your holiday season started with a quick primping party for two!
My first "party of two" came in two days later and was a huge success. By the way, this is just a quick 20 minute treatment that gets results. While I was doing one gal, I offered a $20 special for a teeth whitening to the other gal while she was waiting. I used the BriteWhite headset system (click here for info) and they got great results. One of the gals booked for a series of Radiancy rejuvenation treatments ($800) and the other one booked for a series of Radiancy chin hair removal ($500).
My point is or the moral to the story is...offer something very affordable to bring them in, impress the heck out of them and they will come back!
